.board is a Chrome extension that provides a visual canvas for facilitators, brainstorming, and structured note-taking. This policy explains what data the extension handles.

Data we collect

None. The extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data stored locally

All boards, cards, comments, frames, and settings you create are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your device. This data:

Third-party services

The extension loads the Inter font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) for visual styling. Google may log the IP address making this request per their standard policies. The extension does not send any user-generated content to Google.

The extension contains a button that opens claude.ai/new in a new tab when explicitly clicked by the user. No data is sent there automatically.

Permissions

The extension declares only the action field in its manifest to open a popup from the toolbar icon. It does not request any host permissions, storage permissions, tabs permissions, or any other Chrome APIs that grant access to user data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same URL with a new effective date.
